Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly started podcasting in 2005 with multiple short-lived shows. Through these early podcasts, he learned how to fine-tune his shows’ content, edit them for ease of listening, tell compelling stories, market them in a grassroots fashion, and grow them organically. This all eventually led to him becoming the Network Head of Geekscape.net, where he hosts Horror Movie Night and Christmas 365 and produces My Favorite Episode Of… and One Hit Thunder. Every podcast that Matt has made has been among the top 10% of popularity within its genre, and they only continue to grow as the years go on.

Chris Fafalios

Chris Fafalios is a founding member of the band Punchline, releasing music and touring extensively since the late 90s. He first got into podcasting to help promote his band, and his first venture into the world of pod was in 2006 when he produced and hosted a touring show called The Chris Fafalios White Van Podcast. Realizing the power of podcasting — which he quickly realized was a great way to engage with people and build a fanbase — he continued with a long-running series called Men In Their 30s Only (A Podcast For Everyone), which was a humorous look into the lives of men “in their prime.” In 2020, We Know Podcast co-founder Matt Kelly approached Chris about hosting One Hit Thunder, a show that delves into a different one-hit-wonder single each week. In 2020, Chris launched Chris DeMakes A Podcast, a songwriting show hosted by Chris from the legendary punk rock band Less Than Jake. The show features a different artist each week, and together with DeMakes, they break down an iconic song from the artist’s back catalog. The podcast has featured guests such as Mark Hoppus of blink-182, Laura Jane Grace of Against Me!, Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional, and Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick.
